General Rules
This competition is being run by the Printed Music Licensing Limited (PMLL), our website address is www.pmll.org.uk

Our address is Synergy House, 114-118 Southampton Row, London, WC1B 5AA.

The competition is open all Amateur Choirs in the United Kingdom who purchase a licence between 1 June 2022 to 1 July 2022.

You need to have access to the internet in order to enter this competition.

Employees of PMLL and their immediate families are ineligible to submit entries to the competition.

Competition Entry
Any choir that purchases a licence between 1 June 2022 and 1 June 2022 is eligible to be entered into the prize draw.

Licences must be purchased via the PMLL portal www.hub.pmll.org.uk and the licence fee must have been paid in order for the choir to be eligible.

Only one entry per choir.

If you do not wish to be entered into this prize draw please let PMLL know via [email protected].

The competition opens at 7am on 1 June 2022 and a licence must be purchased by 12.00pm on 1 July 2022 for the choir to be entered into the draw.

By entering the competition, you give PMLL permission to use the name of your choir and photos of the choir in promotional material on the website and on social media and in printed materials.

By entering the competition, you are confirming that you have permission for PMLL to use images of members of the choir as per above.

The winner will be drawn at random by an independent observer.

Prizes and Winners
The winning choir will be announced no later than 7 days from 1 July 2022.

You will be able to find out which choir has been selected by emailing [email protected].

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone, using the details provided via the PMLL Portal. Prizes and their details will be received over email.

PMLL will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered in connection with this competition or accepting the prize, except for any liability to the extent that it: (i) is caused
by the negligence of PMLL or that of its employees, or (ii) cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence).

The prize is as stated and there will be no cash alternative for the tickets.

General
By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the competition rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

PMLL reserves the right to (acting reasonably) disqualify any entrant it has reasonable grounds to believe has seriously breached any of the rules of the competition.

In the event that any winner is disqualified from the competition, PMLL at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, a new winner will be selected on
the criteria as set out in these Rules.

This competition and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Who is the Printed Music Licensing Limited (PMLL)?
On behalf of its Members, Printed Music Licensing Limited issues licences that enable schools, music services, amateur choirs and higher education institutions to copy and arrange sheet music (within the terms and conditions of each licence).

After deducting our running costs from the licence fee income we receive, the revenue generated by licences is distributed to our Members, who are either music rights publishers or print publishers.
